HCF has signed a grassroots-to-elite partnership with Netball NSW that will see it become the inaugural principal partner of the Giants Netball team.

The private health insurer will use the two-year deal to promote its offerings to the more than 300,000 netball players in NSW, an HCF spokesperson told Sponsorship News.

As part of the partnership, HCF will feature on the upper-front and side panels of the Giants' playing dress for at least the first two seasons of the new Super Netball competition. It will also support a range of Netball NSW grassroots and pathways initiatives.

Giants Netball, a new entrant in the Suncorp-sponsored tournament, is a joint-venture between the AFL's GWS Giants and Netball NSW.

"HCF is focused on creating healthy futures for all Australians, and partnerships like these allow us to empower and facilitate an active, healthy and social lifestyle within our local communities," a HCF spokesperson told Sponsorship News.

HCF is an existing partner of the AFL's Sydney Swans, which also has a relationship with Netball NSW through its strategic alliance with the NSW Swifts.

At the Giants, HCF joins a strong roster of foundation brands, including Bing Lee, Hawaiian Airlines, National Storage and Nissan.
