SNData – Mapped Metrics and Insights

This tool is designed to help rights holders, brands and agencies make smarter sponsorship decisions by visualising where their members or customers live and how those areas compare demographically using the latest ABS Census data.

To use it effectively, you need to upload a simple CSV file containing postcodes and a number corresponding to how many members or customers you have in that postcode.

The platform will then analyse your list against key demographic indicators such as income, household type, home ownership, and education levels. This allows you to spot patterns, identify growth areas, and uncover potential gaps in your geographic strategy.

How to Use

Prepare your data
Upload a CSV file with a column labelled postcode containing Australian four-digit postcodes. Call the second column value and here you specify how many members or customers are in that postcode.
[Click here for full formatting instructions and an example file.]  Or if you just want to test you can use some sample data by clicking the sample data button in the upload sections.

Explore insights
You can switch between different demographic views to compare your audience against a range of social and economic indicators. Use the insights panel to get AI-generated summaries based on your uploaded data and demographic trends.  There is an additional insights section related to some key sponsorship categories.

Generate dashboard analytics
Access the comprehensive Demographics Dashboard for instant visual insights with KPI cards, interactive charts covering age, income, housing, employment, and cultural demographics, plus a ranked postcode table and AI-generated sponsorship insights.
