Supreme Court strikes million-dollar blow against Manly
The NSW Supreme Court has dismissed Manly's demand for more than $300k in sponsor payments from major partner Coco Joy, finding that senior executives at the NRL side should have been aware that the sponsor's CEO didn't have the authority to broker the deal.
