ASIC warns super funds to be careful with corporate hospitality
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has reminded superannuation funds that inviting employers to corporate hospitality functions at major events might leave them open to prosecution under section 68A of the Superannuation Industry Supervision (SIS) Act.
