AOC boss promises to pursue legal action against ambushers despite Telstra setback
The Federal Court has today dismissed the Australian Olympic Committee's ambush marketing appeal against Telstra, but AOC boss Matt Carroll says the decision won’t deter it from taking action against ambush campaigns in the future.
