Demetriou drafted to advise NBL on broadcast and AFL tie-ins
Former AFL chief executive Andrew Demetriou has been tapped to co-chair the National Basketball League's 20-person advisory group and will look to build a stronger broadcast presence for the sport and examine the potential ownership of NBL franchises by AFL clubs.
