Court finds former Tennis Australia director in breach of duties
The Federal Court of Australia has found former vice-president of Tennis Australia (TA), Harold Mitchell, breached his director’s duties during his involvement in awarding Seven Network the domestic broadcast rights to the Australian Open in 2013 without a competitive tender process.
